120175 was truly a freak Merino sire – stamping massive staple length and clean fleece weight on fast-growing dual-purpose frames, with great length of body. He threw deeply crimped gloss white, bundly fine wools with great length. He has had a massive impact at Woodyarrup and is having a lasting impact now among flocks around Australia.

120175 remains a national trait leader for Weaning, Post-weaning, Yearling and Hogget weights, Clean Fleece weight (yearling, hogget and adult), Scrotal Circumference, and Lean Meat Yield. Incredibly for a 2012-drop, he remains in the Top 1% of all Australian sires for 7 of the 8 MerinoSelect economic productivity indexes, and in Top 5% for the remaining index!

An August 2012 drop, 120175 has 2,950 progeny over 13 flocks in MerinoSelect. He has been used in across-flock sire evaluations (Balmoral 2016, Muresk 2016, 2017). He has been DNA tested (HH).
